easy to follow and understand
I found the course easier to follow as I have background knowledge of HACCP. the course was detailed ,and as it was divided into sections, I could relate this to processes within the business. I do believe that if you do not have a level of English you may struggle to understand and not having one - to one communication explaining in a more simpler terms.
I find these courses easy to understand and follow you can also rewind and listen again if and when needed. My only disadvantage is my computer is in a office with staff in and out, so it sometimes is difficult to be able to take all information in.
They talk, we listen a lot better than having to read everything
