I enjoyed the course it updated my knowledge and made me aware of thi gs.
Training gave an insight on how an organisation manages its food safety process and how everyone from staff members to management have a part to play to ensure the system works effectively.
A very good learning aid for anybody in the food industry. Very well presented and easy to follow.
