Suggest that a worked example (e.g. a case study) be factored into the learning programme - one that takes you through the HACCP assessment of a selected production process of a particular food.

Overall very good, although as stated it is a lot of information, very much a high level overview, further training would be required if working with HACCP.

This training course does contain a lot information that you have to remember but, it is very eye opening and interesting course. Very good.
The course was clear and easy to follow. It took you through the HACCP process in simple steps. The supporting material was good and helped to reinforce the learnings. The exit questions were clear, relevant and sufficient to ensure that the basics had been absorbed.
