I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in improving their communication (intra and interpersonal) skills.
well-timed in appraisal season. A good reminder of some fundamental techniques to get benefit from the process. Helps to approach conversations with the appropriate attitude. Not too long which was appreciated
There are so many new things I've learnt particularly about self-awareness and different areas such as open area, blind area, unknown area etc. Very helpful for the self-awareness journey and for being able to give and receive constructive feedback.
The test questions should be more testing - the choices of answers would benefit from being more difficult and less obvious.
