good guide for someone who has never been in a workshop
Very easily put across and easy to understand
Excellent information and training.
The discussion on fire should be amended to include Lithium battery fires - these don't need an external supply of oxygen
The course is 5 star, however, it is pretty much irrelevant to myself and my place of work. I work in a Telecommunications Operations room, mainly sat at my workstation in front of a computer screen.

Interesting and informative I enjoyed it on the whole.
This course covered a lot of topics, all of which are of use to workshop safety. However, in future I don't think it needs to be assigned as each topic touched on in this course is discussed in more detail in other courses assigned to everyone. Perhaps if it is assigned, it should be stressed that this should be completed first, but today I felt like I was just listening to a lot of repeated information.
The videos buffered badly at times, so I couldn’t follow everything.
