Recently did some training in my previous job in connection with GDPR but very essential and a constant reminder that we all need to be aware of. Very engaging presenter and easy to listen to.

This is a dry topic but one which has serious implications when not properly understood or managed. The breakdown into smaller sessions with some test questions throughout worked well. The course would benefit from working through some real examples specific to DIT focusing on timely and accurate decision making. This is better training than I have received in other government departments.

The course was easy to understand and highlighted the key issues regarding GPDR extremely well. The pace of which the information was delivered allowed enough time to absorb and process the information correctly. All in all a great training.

Found course very informative very good and in understandable language.

I felt this course was unnecessarily detailed for the job I do. As a peripatetic teacher, I simply have to tick a register to indicate whether a child is present or not. I don't have or make any records of personal information. Splitting into two courses would allow more people to be presented with the basics, and those who need more detail to receive it in a progressive way.
