That these regulations were coming into force was publicised those few years ago - but were for me too distant to bother with! This course has provided terminology and protocols interpretation which will be helpful in our IT biased age. Worth while.

I would prefer the option to review course material and amend/rectify any incorrect answers whilst completing the test at the end
Very informative
Information was given in short slides and transcripts provided..which was really good. Not too overpowering so remembered information.
