Information well presented and clear.
I like the fact that this provides a compehensive overview to GDPR.and makes clear reference to the personal responsibility we all have. I felt that the test was reflective of the important features.
It was a good basic essential course. I think for people in management and leadership it would be good to do one which has more detail
I felt the course was at the correct level for my organisation
Although I felt this was a good overview of the regulations it could include actions that an employee should take. Such as - discover if your company is a Data Controller or Data Processor. It is assuming the employee would understand the meaning of profiling and the processes that this covers. The employee has the responsibility to check the business procedures to know what an SAR may look like and where to send it. the employee must familiarise themselves with the company's own Privacy Policy and Data Retention policy and the rules that govern sending on personal information in emails between the staff. I think this would provide a training certificate that shows the business has advised on all aspects of the GDPR and how to apply them.
