I think it could be improved by adding one slide focusing on the common documents employers would hold on employees ( Not about customers data as that's too wide ) ie factually how long you are supposed to hold a file on someone who has left your business etc. Just stuff that would be relevant re staff to all employers .

I really enjoyed using this course, as i found it easy to follow and I learn't interesting information. I thought that it helped that there was clear commentary throughout the process and overall I found the course easy to follow. It did help me that It was interactive and there was a clear process throughout the course.

The course is very good. I would have liked to be able to print or save the material for further revision. I would like to revise it again and sit the test as I am sure I can do better but I found out afterwards that once the certificate is issued one cannot retake the test or revise the material.

Clearly structured in sections this course gives a clear overview to anyone processing data. It unpicks the complexities of the GDPR regulations making them accessible to all.
