I can read faster than you can talk.So just put the complete transcript in one place and I can not waste time needlessly clicking on a webpage.I scored 20/20 so I don't think I missed anything by not including sound.
This was very easy to use and navigate and pause if necessary. I completed it during a usual busy day with interruptions! I didn't realise there was going to be a test at the end (but that might be my fault for not reading or listening at the start of the course! But it was fine. I have my certificate up on the wall now. A nice touch!
