I felt this was clear and easy to understand, however I felt that I wasn't given enough information or tools to use for my specific job role here, with regards to collecting data via email, telephone and from the internet etc.

I liked the way the modules were laid out. Small mini videos so you didn't loose concentration. Easy to follow with access to the additional transcripts.

I enjoyed online training but I feel it is always better to learn in a room with others as you can share experiences and examples. I am dyslexic and I feel I learn more face to face. but overall I still like the fact that we can gain training from office

Although I have dealt with data there were many aspects that I was unaware of.
Helpful way of introducing legislation that can be very complicated, breaking it down into sections was helpful, perhaps a flow chart at the end showing the data controller and all the other routes that lead from that, i.e. data used elsewhere.
I found the training comfortable to use and relevant to my job role and company requirements
