Easy to use course, clear and informative.

The programme made a difficult subject easy to understand. It was very well presented and although the test was a bit daunting the questions were simple to understand and all of the answers had been covered in the previous slides.

when you have answered a question incorrectly I think you should be given the opportunity to review the information and change the answer before you move on .

would have been more helpful if the information was grouped into larger sections. the need to open a new video clip every 30 seconds to 1 minute is annoying.

The course was easy to understand and navigate through. I also found it helpful to be able to read the information rather than have to listen or watch the videos, as I personally take in information better that way. The only thing that I would change is that, if you change the volume of one of the videos, when you click to the next slide the volume goes back up to maximum, which, on some computers is very loud. if this could be changed, that would be excellent.

This training course was clearly aimed at organisations with employees. I felt that the content risked 'swamping' with unnecessary detail, unpaid volunteers working alone . This is not a criticism of the course but rather of the organisation that commissioned it on behalf of their volunteers.
