The videos were very informative and covered the topic well. The test was difficult to use I had to make several clicks to get it to accept which resulted in a couple of questions wrong as I was clicking around trying to make it work. I still passed so this was not an issue however I would have been annoyed if I had to do it all again.
This training will help me in my job role
It was a good course for the work environment but I didn't feel it was relevant to me as a volunteer who has no access to data for anyone or anything.
