I rated this 5 stars because it was very clear and accessible. The spoken voice was clear and the written word in plain English. Jargon was explained and the summary bullet points acted as a memory aid. Sections were divided into easily digested 'chunks' so there was at no time memory overload and, while diagrams and some humour made it engaging to watch, it wasn't gimmicky in terms of presentation.
The presentation of the information/facts was excellent and very clear. The summary at the end of each input was really good.
