In light of recent events i.e. data breaches via Social media sites, its extremely important to protect personal data in line with policy and procedures.
Easy slides and straight to the point.
Easy to use, no dramas, allows you to refresh knowledge and navigate the content easily.

I disliked that I had to watch a video, people talk slow. A one slide summary for each video would be grand (where you see the summarys first and can choose to watch an explanation video).In all honesty I got bored after the second video so just skipped everything and did the test. Most of it was logical to guess.
I preferred to use the transcripts so that I could read the information it at my own speed.
The course was informative, straight forward, and uncomplicated. There was no use of confusing jargon, and the presenter spoke clearly and at a reasonable pace to follow. My only negative comment would be to say, nowhere (to my knowledge) in the session did it explain where and why the parameters had changed from within DP to GDPR, so potentially it could be slightly challenging or confusing for some especially if they have just completed the DP training before beginning the training for GDPR.
There was quite a lot to take in at one go, but extremely good. Thank you.
