I did it first time,I found very easy to understand and essentially.
I am a volunteer and I found this training invaluable. It took a long time to complete and I did so over three sessions due to other commitments.
I found the pace of the tutorial about right. I found it easy to follow, and felt that by the end of the session, I had a basic understanding of the subject. I thought that the presentation over all was entirely appropriate for the level of candidate and subject matter.
I would be interested to see how really small businesses could implement such a policy and keep to the strict rulings - would they even have the time and resources to do so?
Most of the 'training' is not relevant for casual data handlers (those who do not do it on a day to day basis).....
Anyone who pays any attention to the news will have picked up all that info and being unable to skip the videos is ridiculous.
The training material was very clear and summarised the important points very well.
