The short videos clearly explained each aspect of the course. I thought the visual clues were relevant and helped to keep my interest. I now feel that I have a better understanding of the GDPR as a customer and also has someone who has to process data at work.
The video and the transcript make the second language users like me to easy understand the content of the course
This course was informative and useful. It was clearly presented and accessible visually and auditorally and with the ability to pause etc. The only thing I would say that for dyslexic learners the commentary may go a little fast for taking notes, though of course the notes can be downloaded and printed. However, this could be an expensive exercise for some people - dyslexic learners are often faced with extra costs due to their 'hidden' disability.
For a very complicated subject this training was easy to understand. I feel the video and charts to summarise helped the info to "sink in"

I liked the video illustrations. I would prefer the training in my own language, but the English was easy to understand.
