A good course. It could do with more interesting visuals. Very clear communication about the subjects. A trick question in the test regarding data retention for 6 months 'in case' there may be a claim fooled me, especially when it stated earlier that data should not be kept simply for the reason 'in case it may be needed'. A better length for a course with 35 slides rather than the Health and Safety course which amounted to 55 slides which I thought was too long, especially whilst writing notes about the course as well.

The short course was a good introduction to GDPR. It stimulated thought around the subject and how it impacts my current work position. It is quite a complicated subject which does need following up with practical experiences if the knowledge is not to be forgotten

Using both video and transcript means content of lessons can be easily remembered. Delivery is clear and concise.
felt however that in this video it was a skewed caucasian dynamic in the people used in the video. Should be more diverse in this day and age, S
