Video kept missing out words that were being said

Some sections had some info that was a bit ambiguous. Can't remember exactly which ones.

This was easy to use and the summary at the end of each section was explicit and clear. Very useful being able to review each section. The only part I found a bit annoying was that if you review a section part way through the test at the end, all previous answers are lost and you have to start the test again. Most irritating when I accidentally clicked the wrong answer to question 17.

A good course. It could do with more interesting visuals. Very clear communication about the subjects. A trick question in the test regarding data retention for 6 months 'in case' there may be a claim fooled me, especially when it stated earlier that data should not be kept simply for the reason 'in case it may be needed'. A better length for a course with 35 slides rather than the Health and Safety course which amounted to 55 slides which I thought was too long, especially whilst writing notes about the course as well.
