easy to listen and take in the information
The training received today was clear and to the point. Very easy to understand and key points highlighted to ensure these were recorded.
well set up and easy to follow
I have no experience of questionnaires like this, so I am in no position to pass judgment. All that struck me was that it seemed pretty jolly thorough. Nails were not only knocked on the head; they were driven out the other side. Oh - and it made me feel smug; I got 17 out of 20.
