It was well and clearly presented

Straight to point, factual and easy to follow

This training could be better if it was more tailored to the industry of the person undertaking it. It doesn't set out clear guidelines on how a company can operate within the GDPR laws, it instead has a brush over approach. It focuses more on the extreme end of the scale rather than explaining to people in companies on how to positively ensure they are complying with the new laws. Overall it made the thought of data collection sound scary and as a negative way to operate a business rather than looking at how companies should be following good practice and how good GDPR procedures within industry protect both customers and the business as a whole. Finally the end test was far too basic and simple - you actually do not need to listen to any module to be able to answer those questions correctly. This seems just like a tick box exercise and not an actual training programme.

Informative , covered some things I was not too sure on. Maybe a bit too long. sorry.
