This training is very accessible to a multitude of people as the language used is clear and concise. Although there's a lot of technical information it does not feel as though there is 'too much'. The training also provides relevant information and a valuable insight into our rights and the processes involved.

The slideshows are a little silly and immature. I think some straightforward billet points would be sufficient.
Maybe better to split into sections testing the candidate after each section not at the end after listening to all of the training video. I know you can go back but the truth is you never do. After listening to all of the training at once the last thing you want is to go back through it again.
You can pause stop and go back to anything you are unsure of and make notes
In comparison to other e learning packages I have completed, this course was straight to the point with a common sense approach!
