Excellent narration; missed question on fees for requests....thought it was generally free...a bit cheeky to start with that one when it is the principles and concepts we need to know about...fees can always change. Just a suggestion. Well done overall, and I appreciated knowing the estimated time to complete before I started. Many thanks
I liked the chance to go back and review a section, when I gave a wrong answer in the test. However, it wasn't clear how to navigate back to the test after reviewing that section again.
This course was easy to follow, clear and provided a good introduction to GDPR. The graphics were helpful and provided good images to help you remember the information. It was important to learn about this subject because it affects us all and is a serious issue.
