Have shorter videos, if they're too long people will switch off.
I'm not sure a video training is necessary, I think reading the information with questions at the end would suffice. However, the visuals do illustrate each point better. Also, every likes to learn in different ways. Thanks.
This course was useful as the requirements under GDPR are far more detailed than under the existing Data Protection regulations. This has helped me to recognise my obligations as a data controller under the new legislation. The facility to produce a certificate showing your performance in the test is also a bonus, as it gives me the confidence that I have understood the new rules.
