The slides and commentary are clear and easy to follow. It is a dry subject for many people so might benefit from one or two (more?) examples that can be translated into the workplace.

A very important and clearly presented course with concise summaries throughout. But there's a lot of detail that requires careful reading - including information about what has changed recently within such a legal minefield. The notional 35 mins for this programme is a serious underestimate if you want to do things properly.
