Course was easy to follow and in simple jargon
The training is very educative and informing.
The training was, in my opinion, very detailed and informative. The graphics were appropriate which clarified the instruction. The diction was clear and precise with relevant terminology being used. The test was straightforward being muti-choice but sometimes it was not worded in a manner which directly linked up with the learning.

A well presented and easy to understand general course. The length of the course is about right. Ending with a multi-choice test is a good choice of type of test. It needs following up by training relevant to individual companies so that the information can be related to employees' roles.
You don’t know what goes on behind closed doors, well we do now.
It doesn't have BSL interpreter and also the subtitle was too small and white so I was a bit difficult to follow the subtitle (I am deaf). Overall, it is a very good online training and highly recommended.
