This training gave me the clear understanding
The verbal delivery was rather fast for someone who might be partially sighted, has auditory perception issues or is dyslexic, where they are committing facts to memory or taking notes; the written transcription was densely populated and would perhaps benefit from being on a yellow based background.The content of the course was good and the test questions were well thought through.
Only one technical point I would like to raise: Videos kept on disrupting and at times the speaking was overlapped which hindered knowing important information. I had to repeat a number of times to understand completely. hope this will be resolved for any future training materials. Thank you,
