I was aware of the the basics of data protection from my previous employment..However this presentation gave me a more in-depth knowledge of the finer details regarding peoples private and personal data.Thanks
Very focused and clear training that is specific to the organisation.
Excellent overview of the GDPR and DPA principles and will be really helpful in keeping Touchstone compliant now and into the future.
More interactive questioning throughout the presentation would encourage and involve the listener more.

one question asked how long an employer should take to respond to a subject information request, and accepted 'one month' as the correct answer. However if the information is exhaustive, up to two months may be taken. So the question was weak, and the answers ambiguous. most of the others were pretty clear though
