Good general introduction to an area on which I had received no previous training. Could possibly be a little bit more condensed (i.e. shorter duration !) but otherwise good course.
Very interesting and clearly explained.
The course was very detailed and explained the whys to any given question very well. User can understand greatly why it is important to follow procedures and also a very descriptive breakdown of why and how data can be processed.
