This online course was easy to access and simple to follow . It was relevant to my work . It is well produced and I highly recommend it for companies
I would have preferred a printable booklet. I struggle to learn through just listening and would have liked the information written and printable. I did like the summaries at the end of each video. I also liked the test being multiple choice as this made me think.
