The training was very Informative on all the subjects within the office working environment. Having both test and a video to teach and review was beneficial rather than just reading a book.

I found the course interesting as so many websites start by seeking to obtain blanket consent for your personal data. (I always reject all marketing and 'personalisation' cookies.) The course was a good summary of all our individual responsibilities for processing data.

A great deal of information that was a little overwhelming but was split into manageable sections clearly explained. I liked the extra contents that was available to download so you are able to refer back to later if needed. I liked the visual slides e.g. rights of individuals.
