This was a really effective and helpful way to access the course. As I’m someone who struggles to retain information nowadays and so can feel a little overwhelmed when having to carry out anything like this I was able to approach it with confidence and positivity rather than anxiety.
On the test I clicked an answer by mistake and got it wrong. You should be able to choose an answer then press submit in case you press something by mistake or change your mind. Too much information to process- I couldn’t spread this out over several days because I wouldn’t retain this much information for a test without revising repeatedly. I don’t have time to repeatedly watch powerpoints.

The course was informative and essential to my job and daily life my only gripe was it buffered throughout videos would stop working every few seconds and it made the course frustrating .
Would really like to sit the test first and then watch the videos if certain parts were wrong.

The training was very detailed and contained all the information I needed to be vigilant when handling information in my job. It spelt out in no uncertain terms the pitfalls that you could fall into so easily when handling sensitive information.
