It is helpful to have someone presenting rather than simply a set of slides. The visuals are helpful for what is quite a dry subject.

The course was clear and gave precise detail which was easily understandable. There was no margin, in my opinion, for confusion regardign the content. Having the capacity to pace the information processing, e.g. replaing the section when I was not quite clear on the detail or when my mind had wandered was, for me, immensely valuable. Additionaly when I misread one of the options in the answer, I was able to return to the content to clarify what needed clarification. Thank you. This was the most accessible and precise GDPR information I have worked through.
