I found this to be an informative course. It built on my existing knowledge but also covered new concepts for me. It was particularly helpful to learn more about the legal side to Data Protection and Processing and how far reaching and complex these tasks are. I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the GDPR.

This is a must for staff who need an overview of the key principles of GDPR, the law and their responsibilities.
The course followed a logical progression through stages and provided enough detail without overloading with info'. The summaries at the ending of each stage captured all key detail.
A well presented course but not sure why I completed a refresher course 2 months before?
It's always useful to refresh on this topic. Especially when handling sensitive information on individuals.
Presentation contains a lot of information and terminology so replaying some of the slides is helpful.
