Training is very refreshing.

Test question misleading when discussing GDPR with a person. The person collecting the info would follow company policy on GDPR and refer to Privacy document.

Very informative and easy to understand . I have learnt lots of things I was unsure of as sometimes the training is quite long and hard to remember everything .

failed the test first time and passed on second attempt - liked the way the question content varied to ensure accuracy of my understanding

Good pace, engaging delivery, not overly long.

I found that some of it did not really apply to me but it was very interesting, and useful !

This was far more relevant to the voluntary job I do at the hospice and rather more interesting than the previous two sections.
