The course was good but felt there was a wealth of information in sections. when doing the test it was hard to relate to area of professionalism as it was overall aimed at many working areas not specifically social care but still very good to know
I think it was a very good series of videos to explain what is expected from everyone within their workplace. Each point was made clearly, and allowed me to learn about each point individually. I learnt new things about what is expected from being an employee - in regards to my responsibilities, measures I should take and the consequences of not following the protocols adequately.
