I found the training very good once I had discovered how to log in.Look forward to the next one
1. It's about data protection. It refers to the GDPR and the DPA. Both of those use pieces of legilsation use the term 'data' correctly - that is, as a plural noun. This course consistently treats it as a singular. So anyone who cares about language is going to be annoyed. (There's also a shocking instance of possessive 'its' with an apostrophe in the additional notes.)2. It is infuriating that a transcript is provided, yet one is prevented from completing the course more quickly by the fact that one is not permitted to move to the next section until the video has finished. Appalling waste of time.
