I found it easy to use and informative, although I'm wondering how you get your certificate.
I liked that if I got a question incorrect in the test I could go back to that specific section and listen to it again. I could then re-start the test but the questions were slightly different so it was a good indicator of understanding and the question I previously had got incorrect would appear in a slightly different format to test my understanding again.

My only complaint is the lack of representation of BAME. Course content and structure very good

I find this very good and educational but I found that it’s very easy. All I change is make it slightly harder that’s all. Simply by adding five more questions and make an additional 50 questions in total to randomly select from instead of the same 20 questions after you’ve failed .
