I have undertaken GDPR training before, but I would like to say here that this GDPR Essentials Training course is excellent. Very clear delivery by the speaker, short video clips plus relevant points at the end of each slide together with up to date information on each point (e.g. post Brexit information) helped to deliver a huge amount of information clearly and concisely.

I thought the course was well presented and easy to follow. I got three questions wrong, but this was more to me not reading the question properly. I think it was a lot better than in previous years when questions were very ambiguous.

I think it should be made more clear that the training will take longer due to reading documents at the end and also allow for extra time to read the additional documents throughout the training.

The whole course is easy to follow with clear explanations, short concise videos that you can watch as often as you like. Stable easy to navigate.One small tech issue: slide 8 didn't load (seems to just be a sub-heading?) until you work out you can by-pass it it stops you progressing.

The information was delivered very clearly. The course screen set-up would be improved by having the various sections more clearly visible - near the top of the screen, rather than having to scroll down to see them.

I enjoyed doing this course and found the information really useful. Thank you.
