Good content, Clear easy to follow explanations. Would have been helpful to have a clearer definite guide on length of time we are required to keep any clinical notes, ( REQUIREMENTS BY LAW) 7 years was required previously ) Obviously this is an area that is spoken about of company policies etc. I follow BACP guidelines for GDPR. Overall good content and always good to go over and refresh.

A little irritating having to keep pressing the next bit to begin as some sections were only 20/30 seconds long. It may me want to race to the end rather than listening to what was being said. Some of the possible answers on the test were too obliviously were not the right answer - could have been more testing, giving 3 possible and credible alternatives as at least one you could dismiss immediately.

Easy to understand course, very detailed.

I really enjoyed this course it was very informative

A bit confusing with all the additional information and changes past (2018) and predicted (Brexit). I think the additional information should be in the main body of the training.

GDPR is a very complex subject, but was simplified by cutting down into bite sized chunks which gives people a better understanding and how to put this into practise.

The training was easy to listen to and engage with.
