An engaging training resource which wasn't dull or overly repetitive, like many others I've completed. It was nice to have visuals throughout to support delivery, such as the small video clips. The questions at the end were relevant, and didn't try to 'catch you out'. Overall a good training resource.
The course was delivered clearly. Working in an office environment where there are interruptions such as phone calls, visitors and so on, I found it convenient that it was presented in short slides; the whole 'show' can be stopped and started again easily, or listened to again if you are not sure.
I think this course is now much better than the first time I did it.
I can now understand the rules about keeping personal data safe and secure and know why this is so importaint to me and to my organisation and the people whose data it is.

This was a very understandable explanation of the Essentials of GDPR - well presented and with extra documents available for further understanding.
