I found this course quite hard but enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I thought the questions would be hard, like the ones in the Fire Awareness Course but was pleasantly surprised and found them okay.

Course covered all the essentials without getting bogged down in too much details. Clearly put requirements into context. Resources could have included a one pager summarising key facts.
It would have been very useful to be able to download all of the slides for future reference or a complete transcript in one click.
