Good training course, relevant and concise. Possibly a bit too much information overload in one training session. Test should have option to re-take.
I've been doing an assigned course a day for the last fortnight and (noting your "Customer Service" one) let me say they are nice little refreshers. Problem with this module was I had no choice but to watch the videos. Thing is I'm a printed word person and while I understand a lot of people like to watch moving pictures I can get through a course in half the time if I just read the transcript and click "Next" (and I don't mind the odd exception of a video with a question at the end). This one, I had to spend over half an hour doing something I could have read in fifteen minutes. I ought to add I haven't failed a test yet...

The course was presented in a manner which was easy to understand and follow. Information was clear and to the point
