Without these kind of courses on yearly basis it would be so easy to slip and one small error could be catastrophic for all.
Although GDPR is normally guaranteed to produce a yawn, there was some helpful background and insights. Now when I get a phone call telling me I've had an accident that wasn't my fault, I now say I'm making a subject access request and want the data they have on me - guaranteed to make them hang up!!
GDPR is a minefield subject area to get across in a simple way but the course has achieved this.

I really enjoyed doing the training
The training course took longer than I anticipated because there was so much information to take in. It was all very helpful but it took a lot of concentration.
Very clear presentation. Explains reasons for GDPR well. Thought provoking re rights and responsibilities.
