It was very informative, clear and easy to understand. However. I think instead of separate videos for 50 seconds each is a bit faffy. I also had to use subtitles as my hearing isn't great, but found that I had to turn them on with EVERY video that played, with some bits not having the subtitles on which meant me not knowing what was said. (Example: Subtitles would appear for a few seconds then disappear on the next slide, then reappear again, even when the subtitles were switched off then on again).
On the data minimisation slide, I noticed you put sexual preference on the phone app, but this term can be considered offensive as it suggests a degree of voluntary choice - and it's not a choice. I think sexual orientation would be a better choice of wording. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/14/us/sexual-preference-amy-coney-barrett-offensive-trnd/index.html Also the kissy face emoji isn't super appropriate either really.
Slides 29-36 are relevant to most staff but the rest is outside their control & only relevant to web/systems/process designers (that is me!). The detailed explanation is very laboured. A clear concise message could have been achieved in 8-10 slides. I think most of our staff will have lost the will to live by the time they get to the bit that is relevant to them. And on that point I dont think that there is enough emphasis about encrypting data send in emails, or how to record a data breach, the practical stuff that most staff may be required to do.
The training clips were very concise and informative and breaking down each section with the summary at the end of each section was very useful.
