I'm glad I was required to listen to the training, otherwise I might not have done. You think you know it, but having it explained in a clear and precise way was not only confirming, but gave more depth and insight. It was very clear and precise and kept my interest with the right amount of changing between the speaker and images, and the speed at which they were delivered was just right. The length was just right too, I would not like it to be any longer. Thank you
