Quite easy to unersav

Whilst the training gave a good overview I found that there was a large amount of "legalise" to the subject which could have benefited from being explained a little more fully.

Structured in a very straightforward manner which allows for the complexities to be understood and not be overwhelming

The course, it was not that bad and I came across information and facts that I didn't know before. It is important that all staff the work with in a business know this.
