I have to say it was all very clear and understandable. I appreciated the summary at the end of every section. Also the option of a transcript was helpful too.It was perhaps a times a bit long winded. The test too was helpful as you could go back and review what area you may have not have understood

I love that you can pause the training and pick up when most convenient to you. Being able to watch a slide over again is also helpful, particularly if your training session has been interrupted.

It's quite comprehensive and the short videos hep. However, if you pause to make notes etc then it takes you back to the start/the last video watched, which is a waste of time in my opinion.

Instructions were easy to follow and retain, at the paste it was delivered. Tone of voice was good including body language.
