This course was very easy to follow. Each slide was clear and informative and covered all areas required. It was also easy to go back to a previous slide if unsure of anything. Very happy with this service.

A well-structured, largely jargon-free course which I found to be informative, relevant, and not a little challenging - definitely to be treated with respect! The information was presented clearly and precisely throughout, with an excellent summary at the end of each section. Being able to either pause, stop, or replay in places enabled me to fully take in the content, (of which there was a lot!), and I found it essential to take notes throughout which I will keep and refer to whenever necessary. Very pleased to have passed - although I'm still kicking myself for getting one question wrong!

Really, really dull. There must be a better way to present this training than by expecting us to watch a man talking about the intricacies of GDPR for 45 minutes. I almost fell asleep.
