It would honestly be better if the presenter spoke quicker and more of it was summarised. I felt like I just had to read the transcript because the pace was frustrating.
I struggled to see why I had to take the whole training session when I am only an exam invigilator. I fully understand the importance of keeping data secure and was willing to sign up for that. But not sure the whole training session was relevant to me in my role. However I passed it eventually

The course was challenging when it came to guesswork, as I thought one question did not relate to it at all. The use of hands by the presenters distracted me as I had to read due to loss of sound, this in turn meant that the last line on several of the summaries was indistinct - caused by the wording across the bottom of the video. Other than that, it was the same as the others, excellent.

Information was presented in a clear, concise manner. The graphics were used to good effect.

this course is out of date and should be removed from the platform. it references amendments coming in, in January 2021 and that there will be an updated course etc. this course should then be removed and the updated one put in its place so that its relevant to the current date.
